# Registration
Register as a coach
Read more about how to register as a coach here. After your account is confirmed, you can easily choose which subscription is right for your coaching business.
- Please fill in your name.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter your password.
- Confirm your password.
- Register your account with the "register" button.
- Verify your E-mail by clicking on the link in the just sent E-mail.
You have now created your Coach account!
# Login/out
Logging in as a coach

- Go to the login page.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter your password.
- Press the blue "Login" button to log in.
You are now logged in!
Logging out as coach

- Go to logout icon in the lower left corner.
- Press this button.
You are now logged out!
# Subscriptions
Subscription
Read more about subscribing as a coach here (The information entered here will appear on invoices).
- Please fill in your first name.
- Please fill in your last name.
- Please enter your company name.
- Fill in your business phone number.
- Choose a plan that fits your current situation (This can be changed at any time).
- If obtained, enter a coupon code for a price reduction.
- Close your subscription using the "subscribe" button (Note! You will be taken directly to an iDeal or credit card payment. You will also directly agree to a direct debit payment).
You have now activated your subscription!
# Add client(s)
Adding client(s)
Learn more about how to add a client as a coach.
- Please note! To continue using all features, at least one or more clients must be added. You can already use certain features such as creating schedules, adding Library exercises, without having added client(s).
- Go to Clients.
- Continue via the button "+ Add".
- Enter the first name of your client.
- Enter the last name of your client.
- Enter the Email address of your client.
- Enter the location of your client.
- Enter your client's date of birth using the date picker.
- Please enter your client's height.
- Please enter your client's weight.
- Fill in the gender of your client.
- Add your client by clicking the "Add" button.
- Wait until your client has verified his/her email.
You have now added a client!

Send a chat message to your client(s)

- Choose the client you want to chat with.
- Type your message. (Chat messages may not be longer than 1500 characters).
- Send your typed message with enter or via the send button at the bottom right.
You have now sent a message to your client(s)!
Send an image to your client(s)

- Choose the client you want to share the image with.
- Press the camera icon next to the send button at the bottom right.
- Upload an image in 3 different ways.
Upload image from files

- Drag the image within the dotted box or click the blue "select a file" button.
- Choose the appropriate file and then press "open".
- If necessary, crop the image using the cropping tool, choose square or 16:9 for a fixed crop size.
- Then press "upload" to send the image.
You have now sent an image via file!
Upload image via camera

- Give us permission to use your camera.
- Choose "click photo" to take a picture.
- Crop the image where necessary via the croptool choose square or 16:9 for correct crop.
- Then press "upload" to send the image.
You have now sent an image via camera!
Upload image via URL

- Paste or type in the URL of your image to retrieve the image.
- Click on "import from Direct URL to send the image.
You have now sent an image via a URL!
Sending a video to your client(s)

- Choose the client you wish to share the video with.
- Press the movie icon next to the send button in the lower right corner.
- Drag the video within the dotted box or click the blue "select a file" button.
- Choose the appropriate file and then press "open" to send the video.
You have now sent a video to your client(s)!
Viewing an image/video

- Click on the image/video in the chat to enlarge the image/video.
- Press the cross at the top right to close the enlargement or press escape.
You have now opened an image/video!

Client functions

- Here you can find all your current client(s).
- Here you can invite new client(s).
- Here you can go to the profile of your client(s).
- Here you can check compliance, assign schedules, create personal schedules, update personal information, view workouts, set statistics, set nutrition goals, set goals, view progress photos and transfer client(s).

Invited client(s)

- If you have invited a Client, this invitation will remain under the heading "invitations". This client will remain here until he/she has verified his/her email.
Entered the wrong email?
Read here what to do if you have entered a wrong email.
- Go to "invitations".
- Press the button "resend invitation".
- Enter the correct email address and press "continue".
- The invitation has been resent.
You have now resent the invitation!
Searching for a client(s)

- Use the search bar to search for a particular client.
- Enter his or her name and your client will be displayed immediately.
You have now found your client.
Client(s) quick adjustments
Read more about any quick adjustments you can make from the overview.
- If you want to make quick changes, you can do so by clicking on the 3 dots on the right side of a client. Go to Client options for a detailed explanation of these functions.

Client(s) profile

- All information about a client in one place.
- Click on a client to display his or her profile.
You are now viewing your client's profile!
Profile information
- Here you will find some brief information about your client's profile, such as their name, photo, goals, gender, date of birth, location, height, date of membership and weight. You can also send messages here using the "send message" button.
Compliance
- Here you will find your client's compliance based on their schedule. Completed workouts compared to total scheduled workouts. This overview can give you an idea of how your client follows your schedules.
Statistics
- Here you will find assigned statistics such as Fat Percentage, Weight, Oxygen Saturation etc. Through these statistics, quickly see the goals, last measurements and trend of your client. Read more about assigning statistics in the options.
Nutrition history
- See here the kcal intake and goals of your client of the week just selected by you.
Macro nutrients
- See your client's macros from the week you just selected.
Options
- There are many options in the client profile, we break them down into 2 groups Schedule options and client options.
Schedule options
Read more about the schedule options here.
- "Assign schedule" Add a previously created schedule to a client. Haven't created a schedule yet? Read more about creating a schedule here.
- "New schedule" Create a personal schedule for this client. Note that you will not find this schedule in the overview of schedules.
- "Adjust schedule" When a schedule is assigned change assign schedule to adjust schedule. From here you can now edit your client's personal schedule.
- "Revoke schedule" This is the button to revoke the current schedule of one. This is only possible with schedules from the schedules overview you will not lose this schedule.
- "Delete Schedule" This button will delete a personal schedule. Note that you will lose this schedule completely. Filling in a personal schedule works the same as a normal schedule read here the functions of the schedule.
Client options
Read more about the client options here.
- "Edit Information" Here you can edit your client's profile information. Press save to save the new information.
- "View workouts" Here you will see today's workouts by default. You can optionally use the "Workout history" to view previous days/weeks/months.
- "Set statistics" Here you can add statistics via the button "Add statistics" Note that only your client can fill in the measurement data.
- "Nutrition goals" Here you can fill in your nutrition goals. Your client(s) can fill in their nutrition daily or even afterwards.
- "Set goal" Here you can fill in or adjust the general goal of your client. Multiple goals are also possible.
- "Progress photos" Here you or your client can add progress photos with a possible title and description. Uploading the picture works the same as in the chat Go to how to send a picture. (Refers to sending image to your client(s).
- "Transfer client" Do you stop coaching your client and she/he goes to another coach? Then you can transfer your client(s) using this function. Type the email of the account registered by the other coach. And type 'transfer'. Note! You cannot undo this function anymore. The data of your client(s) can only be viewed by the new coach.

Schedules

- Here you can create schedules.
- Here you can assign schedules to your client(s).
Create a new schedule
Read more about creating a schedule here.
- Press "+ New schedule".
- Enter a title.
- Enter a short description of the schedule.
- The schedule will save itself automatically.
You have now created a schedule!
Creating a workout
Read more about creating a workout here.
- In the schedule there is an "add workout" button in each day. Click on it to add a workout.
You have now added a workout!
Filling in a workout
Read more about how to enter a workout here.
- The idea is that you fill in all the exercises in a workout. Adding workouts in this way gives your client the opportunity to complete each exercise and provide comments.
- Optionally enter a workout name e.g. Chest day.
- Fill in an exercise name e.g. Bench press.
- Enter a description e.g. 10x 50kg 10x 55kg 10x 60kg (descriptions can be up to 350 characters long).
- To add another exercise press "+ Exercise". Then repeat steps 2 to 3 until all desired exercises are added.
- To save the workout press the "save" button.
- You can change the entire workout or an exercise by pressing the workout.
- To add a second workout for that day press the 3 dots. And choose "add workout".
You have now added a workout(s)!
Delete workout
Read here how you can delete a workout.
- Click on the trash can to delete your workout.
- Then press the red "Delete workout" button to permanently delete your workout. Press "cancel" to leave the workout in place.
- Rather delete an entire day? This can be done via the 3 dots.
- Rather delete multiple days? Use the blue circle to do so.
3 dots

- Click on the 3 dots of the day you want to delete.
- Select "delete day".
- Then press the red "continue" button to empty the day.
You have now deleted a day!
Round blue circle

- Press on the round blue circles of the days you want to delete.
- Then press "delete" at the bottom right.
You have now deleted several days!
Copy/Paste workout/day
Read more about how to copy/paste a workout/day here.
- Press the button next to the trash can to copy a workout.
- You can then paste the workout on the right day using the 3 dots. Press on this and then on "paste workout" to paste the workout in this day.
- Rather copy a whole day? You can do so by using the 3 dots.
- Do you want to copy multiple days? You can do so by using the blue circle.

- Press the 3 dots of the day you want to copy.
- Choose "copy day" to copy the day.
- Then press the 3 dots of the day where you want to paste the copied day.
- Choose "paste day" to paste this day here.
You have now copied and pasted a day!
Round blue circle

- Press on the round blue circles of the days you want to copy.
- Then press "copy" in the lower right corner to copy the days.
- Then press the 3 dots of the first day where you want to paste the workouts.
- Choose "paste days" to paste the days. Please note! You cannot copy rest days Read delete rest days.
- You can deselect days by clicking on them again.
You have now copied and pasted several days!
Dragging Workouts

- You can drag workouts in 2 ways. The exercise itself and a part of the workout (an exercise) this depends on how you have completed the workout.
Dragging an exercise

- To drag an exercise, hold your mouse down on the "=" sign.
- Drag the exercise to the desired location.
- Please note that you cannot drag a single exercise into an empty day or empty space.
You have now dragged an exercise in a different order or to a different place!
Dragging a workout

- To drag an entire workout, hold your mouse down on the "arrow" sign.
- Then drag this workout to the desired location.
- Note! Unlike the exercises, you can drag workouts into empty days/places.
You have now dragged a workout to another place!
Adding rest days

- This feature allows you to add rest days on the empty days to complete your schedule. You can add a rest day in 2 ways.
Button in the schedule
Read more about how to add a rest day using the button in the schedule here.
- By pressing the button "create rest day" you create a rest day in that particular day.
You have now added a rest day via the button in the schedule!
3 dots
Read more about how to add a rest day via the 3 dots in the schedule here.
- Press on the 3 dots of the day where you want to add a rest day.
- Then press "create rest day".
You have now added a rest day using the 3 dots in the schedule!
Rest day notes
Read more about how to add rest day notes here.
- When you've created a rest day you can leave a note/description for your client(s).
- Press the pen icon in the upper right corner of the rest day.
- Enter your rest day information.
- Save the information using the "save" button.
You have now added a note to a rest day.
Adding rest days on days that have already been filled in
Read more about how you can add rest days to already filled-in days.
- You can also create a rest day on days that have already been entered.
- Press the 3 dots of the completed day you want to change to a rest day.
- Choose "create rest day" to create the rest day.
- Choose the red "continue" button to delete the workouts and enter a rest day.
You have now deleted a completed day and made it a rest day!
Delete rest day(s)

You can delete rest day(s) in 2 ways.
3 dots

- This option only allows you to delete a specific day.
- Tap on the 3 dots of the rest day you want to delete.
- Press "delete rest day" to delete the rest day.
You have now deleted one rest day!
Round blue circle(s)

- With this option you can delete multiple rest days.
- Press on the round blue circle(s) of the day(s) you want to delete.
- Then press "delete" at the bottom right.
- Note! You cannot copy/paste rest days.
You have now deleted several rest days!
Adding a week

- You can add a new week to make your schedule longer.
- Press the wide blue button "+ add week" to add a new week.
- Note! You cannot add a week between existing weeks.
You have now added a new week!
Selecting a week

- You can also directly select all days of the week instead of selecting days.
- Press on the 3 dots in the upper frame. And press "select days this week".
- You can now delete or copy these days.
You have now selected the desired week!
Duplicate week
Read more about how to duplicate a week here.
- You can also duplicate an existing/filled week.
- Press the 3 dots in the top frame. And press "duplicate week".
- Then press the blue "duplicate week" button to duplicate the week.
You have now duplicated an (existing) week!
Deleting a week

- If you have added too many weeks you can delete them.
- Press the 3 dots in the top frame. And press "delete week".
- Then press the red button "Delete week".
You have now deleted a week!
Assigning a schedule

- To assign a schedule to a client, the schedule must be completed.
- Press the "assign to client" button to assign the schedule.
- Choose the client(s) you want to assign the schedule to.
- Note! If you want to create a personal schedule by date go to Client Schedule options.

- The library is a place where you can find/add workouts to view later or use in schedules.
Add an exercise
Read more about how to add an exercise to your library here.
- Press the blue button at the top right "+ Add Exercise".
- Enter the name of the exercise.
- Fill in the main muscles (main muscles used during this exercise).
- Fill in the areas.
- Fill in any comments.
- Fill in the exercise types (where this exercise is used).
- Upload a video via a Youtube URL or via the video uploader.
- Then save your exercise using the blue "Save Exercise" button.
You have now added an exercise to your library!
Search exercise

- Find an exercise via the search bar. You can search by exercise name, type or primary muscle group.
You have now found the exercise you were looking for!
Viewing the exercise

Modify exercise

- Press the 3 dots on the right side of the exercise you want to modify.
- Then press "edit information" to edit the information.
- After all adjustments have been made, save the exercise again using the blue "Save Exercise" button.
You have now modified an exercise from the library!
Deleting an exercise

- Then press "Delete" to delete the exercise.
